Trialing Timefold models

Trying a model
From the models overview page, you can see all publicly available models. Click any of the models to learn more about which problems they solve, and the features they have. If you find a model that matches your planning problem, click “Try Model” to start a trial specific of that model. Typically, the trial period lasts 14 days. When you start a trial, you agree to the specified terms.
We might ask for additional information about your use case.
Once you’re set up, you can use the Timefold Platform and the model, and start runs of the model. Learn more about how to use the Timefold Platform.
Asking for help
At any time during the trial, you can click “Send Feedback” in the platform footer to get in touch with us. We’ll happily answer your data modeling questions, or advise you if you need help using the model or platform.
When the trial is over
After the trial period is over, you will still have access to your previous runs of the model for a period of time, but you will no longer be able to start new runs.
Please get in touch with us if you want continued access.

Terms
When registering and starting a trial you agree to our Terms. These terms specify acceptable uses of the trial. The trial periods mentioned in this document are indicative, and our UI and terms might specify a different period, in which case the UI & Terms have precedence over this documentation.
Limited Resources
Solving planning problems requires compute resources. We limit the amount of memory, threads, and pods available for trial users. This means some features (like multi-threaded solving) won’t be available to trial users by default. Go to Tenant Settings and look in the section Plan Details to see the configuration for your (trial) account.
If you require this extra power, please contact us.
