Details

The Details page shows the identifying information for your tenant, a summary of what your tenant plan includes, the environment the tenant runs in, and the option to delete the tenant.

To access it, log in to Timefold Platform, click Manage tenant, and select Details.

Tenant details form

The tenant details form shows the following fields:

  • Name: The display name of the tenant, shown throughout the platform UI.

  • Tenant plan: The plan the tenant is subscribed to. See Pricing plans and capabilities for a full breakdown of plan capabilities.

  • Tenant ID: The unique identifier of the tenant. Use this ID when referencing the tenant in API calls or support requests.

Tenant plan details

The Tenant plan details panel is a read-only summary of the limits and features included in the tenant’s plan. To change any of these values, contact your Timefold representative.

It covers things like the tenant’s execution and data retention policies, which map providers and routing features are available, and the resources and machine architectures available for solving. Environment details

The Environment details section shows information about the environment the tenant runs in, such as whether it’s hosted on Timefold Cloud or self-hosted.

Delete tenant

Deleting a tenant is permanent and cannot be undone. All datasets, configuration profiles, secrets, members, and other tenant-scoped data are permanently removed.

To delete a tenant:

  1. Navigate to Manage tenant → Details.

  2. Click Delete tenant.

  3. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

Only a tenant admin can delete a tenant. See Members for details on permissions.
